In an effort to make your online shopping
experience a pleasant one, we try to remain as flexible as possible
when it comes to our return policies. We do
not offer refunds. However, we do
offer exchange with any unused item that is in its original
condition and packaging, provided that it has not been monogrammed,
within 7 days from the received date. You will be responsible for
the cost to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the package, we
will issue the exchange of the item being returned. We do reserve
